Who we are
Our website address is: http://immigrationpropertyreport.com. We provide Property Inspection Reports required by UK authorities for visa applicants. We do not provide the reports ourselves but operate through qualified partners.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
In order to provide you with a property inspection report we need to collect your contact information. You are not obligated to provide this but we are unable to arrange any inspection without it.
Subsequent to arranging a report you may be asked for additional information by our partners.
Contact forms on this site take different formats. These include traditional forms and chatbots. These are provided by third-part companies, namely Paperform and Landbot. In each case they will keep a record of the data you provide. We are able to delete this on request and we intend to do so annually.
We also use ConvertFox to manage emails, Knowledge Bases and chat services.
As a result of or business model basic information about phone calls are recorded. These include the calling number, the start time and length of the call. These are required for us to keep records of which partners received which calls. Calls are not recorded.
We use Analytics tools to show us how people interact with the site and how they find us. These include Google and Serped.net. The information used is not personally identifiable and only gives us high-level information such as what pages are viewed, for how long etc.
Who we share your data with
If you do not complete a full request for an inspection report we do not share any data with third parties. However if you do contact us and request an inspection report we will then pass the contact information you provide to the partner or partners we believe can serve you best. You will be contacted by them directly.
They may then provide us with updates on the process of the inspection but not with any additional personal information.
How long we retain your data
Your data is stored for approximately one year, though it may be deleted earlier.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
We send contact data of those requesting a report to our qualified inspection partners. These are also sent to the form provider whom we pay for their service. All our providers are GDPR compliant.
When we contact you
When you complete an online booking or contact request we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt. We will also send you an email should there be any issues with the data and as a follow-up to understand how you found the service. We do not add you to a mailing list nor do we contact you for any reasons not associated with your report.
Apart from the single request for feedback we will not contact you after your report has been provided.
How we protect your data
We regularly monitor for data breaches. We also have implemented protection services from MalCare.
What third parties we receive data from
The contact details on the site are provided by third parties such as Twilio, Landbot, ConvertFox, and Paperform. These are GDPR compliant but may store the information you provided on their own systems until we delete it.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
The information you provide us may be used to decide which of our partners is most likely to serve you best. This is based on your location and how urgently you need the report.
Online Report Data
For the Priority Online service we collect significantly more information than we do when you request someone to contact you. This information is required for us to complete the report.
As with the other information we treat this seriously. It is stored by Paperform who are GDPR compliant.
We email the information to one selected partner to complete the report. They then liaise with you directly.
We also send a copy to you for your own records.
The information is held for up to one year after production of the report and is then deleted.
