Who we are

Our website address is: https://immigrationpropertyreport.com. We provide Property Inspection Reports required by UK authorities for visa applicants. We do not provide the reports ourselves but operate through qualified partners.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

In order to provide you with a property inspection report we need to collect your contact information. You are not obligated to provide this but we are unable to arrange any inspection without it.

Subsequent to arranging a report you may be asked for additional information by our partners.

Contact Information

Contact forms on this site take different formats. These include traditional forms and chatbots. These are provided by third-part companies, namely Paperform and Landbot. In each case they will keep a record of the data you provide. We are able to delete this on request and we intend to do so annually.

We also use ConvertFox to manage emails, Knowledge Bases and chat services.

Telephone Calls

As a result of or business model basic information about phone calls are recorded. These include the calling number, the start time and length of the call. These are required for us to keep records of which partners received which calls. Calls are not recorded.

Who we share your data with

However if you do contact us and request an inspection report we will then pass the contact information you provide to the partner or partners we believe can serve you best. You will be contacted by them directly.

They may then provide us with updates on the process of the inspection but not with any additional personal information.
